Production program
The purpose of modernizations and refurbishments is adaptation of older rolling stock to new requirements for safety and speed resulting from international rules, european standards, TSI requirements, and customer´s requests. We carry out both design and manufacture of modernized and rebuilt wagons and have a lot of experience in this field.
We manufacture new rail vehicles either according to drawing documentation delivered by customer or we draw up the design documentation in our own design centre. New rail freight wagons designed and manufactured in our company are characterized by lower costs for operation and maintanance, enable faster loading and unloading and of course are designed and manufactured in accordance with decision of EU commission concerning the technical specification of interoperability.
The repairs of common and special types of rail freight wagons are our main production programme. We carry out all kinds and ranges of periodical and non-periodical repairs according to valid repair instructions. The repairs are carried out in repair lines. The machine and technological equipment of repair lines enables us to fulfill all customer´s requirements even in the field of surface finish (shot blasting, cleaning and paiting).
PRODUKTION, REPAIRS AND RENEWAL OF SPARE PARTS
The dismounted parts from wagons are repaired in repair lines which are equipped with up to date technological equipment for diagnostics, repair and testing. We repair and renew not only the parts from vehicles repaired in our factory but also the from other companies. In this field we carry out especially repairs and renewals of the following spare parts: bogies, brake devices, buffers, springs, axle boxes, bearings and entire repair of wheelsets
